This policy applies to xel.kiolix.com and Kiolix Xel desktop app usage related to account-free analytics workflows.

If you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter, such as name, email address, and message content.

Contact requests are used only for support, product feedback, partnership discussions, or related communication.

Kiolix Xel is designed as local-first software. Your workbook files are processed on your device.

Daolix does not upload your entire Excel workbook to Daolix servers as part of normal product operation.

If you use local models (for example through Ollama), prompts and analysis remain on your machine according to your local environment.

If you connect cloud AI providers, any prompt content you send is handled by that provider under their own terms and privacy policy.

The landing page may collect limited usage analytics such as page views to understand site performance and improve content.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through basic page analytics.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up communication.

Where legally required, we may keep records for compliance or dispute resolution purposes.

Store purchases and billing are handled by the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store, not directly by Daolix.
