What is Kiolix Xel?
A desktop app for purchase and sales Excel analytics. Upload exports from SAP, Amazon, Shopify, Naver Smart Store, Cafe24, or similar—then get dashboards, KPIs, charts, and follow-up analysis with an AI agent. Your workbook is not uploaded to Daolix.
How long does analysis take?
It depends on file size, sheet structure, and formulas. Small exports may finish quickly; very large workbooks can take several minutes. Performance also varies by your hardware.
Is my Excel file sent outside my computer?
Your workbook stays on your device; Kiolix Xel does not upload your Excel file to Daolix servers. With a local model (Ollama), prompts and excerpts used for analysis stay on your machine. If you enable a cloud LLM, only the content included in those API requests is handled under that provider’s policy.
Why does my store price differ from what the landing page shows?
Stores show prices in local currency and may add tax or regional adjustments. The 60% launch discount runs through May 2026, and the landing page uses an approximate USD reference; always trust the price shown in the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store at checkout.
Do I need an API key?
No if you use a local model through Ollama. If you prefer cloud models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), you can add keys in settings; they stay on your device per the app’s local configuration model.
Where is my data processed?
Workbooks are opened on your computer. With local LLMs, prompts and excerpts stay on-device. Cloud providers follow their own policies when you opt in.

Can it handle large Excel files?
Yes. The app uses DuckDB as its built-in analytics engine, and we verified operation with a 2,000,000-row workbook on these environments: Apple M1 Pro (32GB memory, macOS) and AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (32GB memory, Windows 11, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070). Perceived performance can vary by data shape, formula complexity, and sheet structure.
Can I trust the numbers in answers?
The agent is designed to ground responses in query results from your file. Always verify critical figures against the source workbook or dashboard, especially for compliance use cases.
Can I request support for another Excel format?
Yes. Use the Support menu inside the app to describe the file or platform you need. We expand supported formats based on user requests.
How do I get help or send feedback?
If you need support while using the app, send it from the Support menu in the app. If you have questions before you start using the app, use the contact form at the bottom of this page. We monitor errors and improvement feedback and aim to fix and ship updates quickly.
